Our largest studio, with small exercise equipment including Kettlebells, Dumbells, Hoops, Weight Plates, Bands, Mats and boxing equipment are perfect for feeling that burn during those PT sessions and classes. This bright friendly welcoming environment was specially designed for those of you who may be a bit shy of meeting others  working out in large groups or nervous about their current image. 

A great area to improve muscle strength and toning with the accuracy of machine or bench. Our equipment includes a multi gym, multi functional bench with preacher curl, cable crossover machine and sit-up bench.

In our cardio section, you can run, cycle, step, ski or Row yourself to infinity and beyond! Better heart health and stamina guaranteed.

Treatment Room, our sole objective was to focus on a zen like atmosphere created for your ultimate experience with the treatment bed taking centre stage! With aromatic oil diffusers and calming music, choose from Swedish or Sports massage, Reflexology and facials. We hope you enjoy our favourite room whatever your treatment because relaxation is the click of a button away! 💚

This is where the quiet and calming Therapy Room comes into it's own with privacy guaranteed. Although still under construction, the therapy room will ensure total concentration and confidentiality during your Therapy session with our highly qualified in house Psychologist whose services include life coaching,  psychological trauma,  wellbeing, sports psychology. With years of professional experience in this field you can be 100% assured of the best counselling around.
